The Energy Management Center will monitor the generation and usage of various energy media throughout the entire plant. It will mainly conduct centralized management and control over all aspects of energy production, purification, storage, mixing, transmission, and usage in the plant to achieve optimized operation, realize the dynamic and static balance of supply and demand across the entire plant, reduce the unit energy consumption of products, and achieve zero emissions. At the same time, it will realize the centralized monitoring of all the company's substations and important electrical equipment, the analysis of the power supply and distribution system, the simulation training for dispatchers, improve the reliability of the system's power supply, provide decision-making guidance for the economic operation of the power supply and distribution system, and realize unattended substations throughout the plant.

The overall functional levels of the Energy Management System are divided into the following three parts:

  1) Basic Energy Management System (L3): It realizes functions such as energy data management, statistics, analysis, and prediction.

  2) Energy Monitoring and Dispatching System (L2): It collects the information transmitted by the underlying data acquisition layer, and conducts real-time display, statistical analysis, trend recording, and alarm for the collected data. It realizes the real-time monitoring and dispatching of the production, transmission, and consumption processes of various energy media throughout the plant.

  3) Data Acquisition System (L1): It realizes the collection of on-site energy data, mainly including three modes: direct Ethernet communication acquisition, direct I/O acquisition, and gateway communication acquisition.
