  The SCADA system is based on the distributed architecture of the ZEQ HMagic suite, which comes with its own real-time database monitoring software. The dispatching center, backup dispatching center, and regional dispatching centers are located in different geographical positions. Data communication tasks among these centers are achieved through a wide area network. At the same time, it establishes communication with each remote acquisition station to obtain the real-time data of the operation of each acquisition station, realizing the functions of telemetry, teleindication, remote control, and remote adjustment of the SCADA system, and completing the centralized monitoring and dispatching management of the data of the entire system.

  The remote acquisition stations use ZEQ UNITY controllers to collect and process real-time data such as on-site pressure, temperature, flow rate, valve status, and pump status, and mark time tags. These data are respectively transmitted to the SCADA servers and monitoring workstations of the relevant control centers. The monitoring workstations provide functions such as data display, historical data storage and query, output report statistics, trend chart query, alarm management, valve control, shift change management, event management, etc. The SCADA servers of each control center classify and store the real-time data provided by the RTU into the real-time database, and then classify and store them into the historical database as required. The operator stations, as clients, display real-time data, conduct historical data queries, report management, trend query, alarm management, event management, remote valve and pump control in emergency situations, remote program download, data publishing, etc. According to the needs, the display interface can be shown on the large screens of each control center. The dispatcher issues dispatching instructions to the remote acquisition stations according to the pressure or flow rate conditions.
